A room full of bright young girls, curious questions, laughter, and learning — this was the heartwarming scene during Respack’s Personal Feminine Care Workshop at SJK (C) True Light, Penang
As part of Respack’s continued commitment to youth education and community health, our team had the honour of guiding students through a topic that’s often overlooked but so important — feminine hygiene and period care.
💡 From understanding body changes to how to handle their first period with confidence, the girls learned through interactive games, hands-on demonstrations, and friendly discussions. It wasn’t just about hygiene — it was about building confidence, encouraging self-love, and reminding them that they are not alone.
At the end of the session, every student received a specially prepared hygiene care gift — a small token to support their personal journey ahead.
