When Kenny, 38 years old, is at home, he loves playing video games with his 2 kids. But with Respack, even if he has lots of fun, Kenny is way more serious. He develops actively our masterbatch business in Malaysia. He takes care of the inventory of our new warehouse in Selangor, recruits new customers and makes sure orders are delivered in due time. What motivates him, beyond connecting with people, is to get new responsibilities as the business expands.

Now aged 31, Jeyendra started with us 3 years ago as production officer. He became one year later department supervisor, before getting his current position. Now, Jeyendra’s mission is to monitor factory’s inventory, output and QC, to plan operators’ and machines schedules, and to synchronize the efforts of the different divisions of the factory. He appreciates that our management gives him decision autonomy and always listens to his suggestions. Recently married, Jey’s personal agenda is to become owner of his house. To relax, he often goes fishing with friends or quietly watches TV with his wife.

What Lee Chin prefers in Respack, is the teamwork and friendly environment that helps her accomplish her missions at best. Lee Chin advises customers, proceeds orders, coordinates with production and arranges swift shipments. She loves it because every day brings a lot of interesting challenges to overcome, and she knows this continuous learning makes her stronger. With her past experience in business development, this passionate reader enjoys also traveling and meeting customers in international exhibitions.

Tiow is one of our newest colleagues. What he loves the most is to help the company run smoothly. For any project, from fixing machines to building equipment and repairing electric networks – you name it- this guy’s hands can’t stay idle. The challenge he prefers is to find the solution after a machine breakdown. On week-ends, Tiow likes greener environments:cycling or bringing his 2 kids to fish help him recharge from week’s full action.

Starting at 21 years old with Respack in a clerical position, Norashikin has quickly progressed and learned new skills. She now manages the laboratory and our QC department, is responsible of analyzes and tests, and she makes sure customers’ requirements are always met. Enforcing standards with different departments used to intimidate her to begin with, but the general trust and teamwork environment has helped her refining her persuasion skills. She has already accomplished the overseeing of Respack’s accreditation to the new ISO9001:2015 and to the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety standards. With 20 years experience in purchasing, Ms Lim started with the company 5 years ago. Her activities include price, payment and delivery terms negotiations with suppliers, costs and quality control. The most challenging for her is to find materials at a good price when there is supply shortage, but what keeps motivating her is to discover new products, and the continuous learning inherent to her mission. Making pastry and listening to Celine Dion helps this mother of 2 to recharge her batteries after a full day at work.

Siao Fong initially accepted the position because of the new challenge working with foreign customers represented for her. Now, what she appreciates the most is to help multiple partners from different countries solve issues and more generally, all the learning opportunities her job offers.
