Happy New Year, folks!
Respack is ushering in the new year with much excitement as the Business Development, Customer Service and Sales team recently just concluded a 2-days training on Effective Communication Skills at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, in Penang on the 12th & 13th of January 2017.
The training, conducted by Mr. Wan himself was aimed at addressing the needs and gaps in the area of communication among those attended. Effective communication skill is a crucial and important aspect for all our front-liners and as we strive to further improve our level of service to all our customers.
All the participants had an enjoyable learning and sharing session throughout the 2 days and we hope to be able to conduct more of such sessions in the future as we keep on improving ourselves.
